The First Step to Learning Anything Was to Figure Out What It Is You Need to Learn

The First Step to Learning Anything Was to Figure Out What It Is You Need to LearnNow that you know what's going on in your head, it's time to get down to work! Just remember, your mind works for you and not against you so keep it out of your way.A quick recap on how your mind works: after learning to play an instrument, you must learn how to play music on that instrument. Your mind has to react and guess things correctly if you are going to actually be able to play those pieces, if you learn how to read music, that is.The best way to do this is to have a good memory of the notes on the keyboard. When we think of something, our brain takes it in and begins to react to it by assigning it a word or idea that describes it.To give you an example, say you're trying to remember why someone is angry at you, but instead of thinking about the wrong thing, you think of a picture or something else. When your brain is right, you won't be frustrated. You will simply take that information and get it out of your mind. This initial learning process can be a very difficult task for some people. After they get past this initial learning process and realize how easy it is to remember, they may find that they don't remember anything. Don't worry, we all go through this stage. For most people, they actually wake up and are ready to learn the next day, maybe the next whole day! So, I would say the first step to learning something, is to figure out what it is you need to learn. If you're stuck in a rut, you need to try to figure out why that is.Perhaps you didn't like to start your day with coffee. Maybe that started the whole thing. To make a long story short, go back and make sure you follow through with a nice cup of Joe when you wake up.If you think about this the next time you wake up and start to hate it, you might be able to find a thing or two that you hate about that, and start to love that instead. Also, you might be able to try to change your coffee habits to something that you love!
